Texting and Walking in New York City Crosswalks

Now the city of New York will fine pedestrians $50 for texting while walking in a crosswalk. SeeMeFlags thinks this is a great idea to protect pedestrians from themselves. Distracted walkers are just as bad as distracted drivers so let's make them both more aware. Crosswalk in New York are always tough for both walkers and drivers and now they are $50 tougher.
